In this report, we will introduce the preparation technology development of traditional semiconductor materials, semiconductor superlattices, different nano materials, etc., review the relationship between material preparation technology and application, and then summarize various methods of growing two-dimensional materials, show the multi-color material preparation methods in the field of two-dimensional materials, including their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, etc., and put forward that two-dimensional materials are not In the development, the material preparation technology should have the development direction.
Personal profile
Gao Libo, Professor of School of physics, Nanjing University, was selected as overseas high-level young talents in 2014. In 2006, he graduated from the Department of materials, Dalian University of technology; in 2011, he graduated from the Institute of metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the guidance of academician Cheng Huiming; from September 2011 to April 2015, the graphene research center of National University of Singapore was engaged in post doctoral research, with the cooperation tutor LOH Kian Ping. He has been engaged in the research of graphene and other two-dimensional materials, mainly for the study of new methods of material preparation. As the first author and corresponding author, he has published many papers such as Nature journal and sub journal. So far, he has published 36 papers included in SCI and cited more than 9000 times. On December 6, 2019, the 6th academic forum for doctoral students of the five universities alliance, sponsored by Peking University, Fudan University, China University of science and technology, Nanjing University and Tsinghua University, was officially opened in the international lecture hall of the East teachers and students activity center. The forum and the 9th Annual Meeting of graduate students of the school of physics of the University of science and technology of China are hosted by the school of physics of the University of science and technology of China. The opening ceremony was attended by more than 200 leaders of the school of physics, members of the academic committee of the five universities and outstanding doctoral students attending the forum. The meeting was presided over by Professor Han Liang, vice president of the school of physics.
