All departments and units are requested to attach great importance to it and organize it carefully. Every qualified teacher must be notified. The specific matters to be declared are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Declaration time
The application time of the 16th Jiangsu philosophy and Social Sciences outstanding achievement award is: the network application system will be opened at 9:00 on April 27, 2020, and closed at 17:00 on May 21.
2、 Declaration scope and requirements
1. Achievements published or completed by the authors of the province from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2019. include:
Public achievements - academic works (including monographs, reference books, ancient books, translations, etc.), academic papers, research reports (including research reports, consulting service reports, etc.) and popularization achievements (except textbooks, teaching aids, literature and art works) published in newspapers with unified publication numbers (ISSN, ISBN, cn), and publishing houses. The above results published in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or abroad.
Internal achievements - research reports, consulting service reports, etc. that have not been published or are not suitable for public publication and have been adopted and applied by the Party committee, the government and relevant departments.
2. All the results declared for evaluation shall adhere to the correct political direction, abide by the academic ethics and academic norms, and have certain academic value or application value.
3. The applicant shall make a written commitment to the ownership of copyright rights for all the results submitted for evaluation. For the results in dispute over copyright, documentary evidence with legal effect of copyright shall also be provided.
4. Each applicant is limited to apply for one achievement. The applicant shall be the first or second author (including corresponding author) of the achievement, the public achievement shall be subject to the copyright page, and the internal achievement shall be the subject principal or chief expert. After the achievement is awarded, the winner's ranking in the award certificate shall be subject to the actual signature order.
5. In principle, after multiple volumes and consecutive publications are published, the overall results shall be applied for evaluation, and the time for evaluation shall be subject to the last publication date. If the periodical results such as volumes, sub volumes or annual reports have been declared for evaluation, other periodical results and overall results shall not be declared for evaluation again.
6. A series of books of the same subject can be used as a research result, and the first and second Chief Editors (chief editor) of the series can apply for evaluation uniformly. The publication time of the last series (volume, volume) shall prevail when applying. The independent and complete works in the series can also be separately declared for evaluation, but the unified declaration shall be waived with the consent of the chief editor (chief editor) of the series, and relevant supporting materials shall be provided.
7. A series of papers can be applied for evaluation as a whole, but they must have the same title (or subtitle), publication and main author.
8. The published personal paper collection with strong systematicness on the same topic shall be regarded as academic monograph and applied for evaluation. The collective paper collection and report collection can only apply for evaluation with a single paper or research report.
9. The Research Report (including research report, consulting service report, etc.) shall be attached with a summary of the results when applying for evaluation, and the application certification materials adopted by the relevant departments shall be submitted.
10. The popularization results are limited to paper books. When applying for participating in the evaluation, supporting materials on the results effect and social impact shall be submitted, including book circulation, book review, relevant news reports, audience response, etc.
11. For the results published and published in foreign languages, the Chinese full text translation shall be attached when applying for participation, and the authenticity and accuracy of the translation shall be responsible.
When publishing papers in foreign journals, it is necessary to provide proof of paper collection and citation, as well as proof materials of the applicant's unit on the political direction of the results. Among them, if the author only has the electronic version but no paper original, he / she shall provide the electronic version of the original print and the paper DOI (digital object identifier) online query print.
12. Previous achievements that have participated in the evaluation shall not be applied for the evaluation again. If the results have been reprinted, the content of amendments and additions shall be more than 30%, and relevant supporting materials shall be provided. The results that have been reprinted of this award may not be reapplied for evaluation.
13. The translation shall be accompanied by a chapter of the original foreign language book.
14. Teaching materials, auxiliary reading materials and works of literature and art shall not be applied for evaluation.
15. Achievements that have been awarded at or above the provincial or ministerial level shall not be declared for evaluation.
3、 Classification of application and evaluation results
The results of application and assessment are divided into: Marxism, philosophy, political science, linguistics, 17 application and review groups, including literature, art, history, law, education, physical education, economics, management, sociology, news communication, library information and Philology, decision-making consultation and popularization of Social Sciences, shall be selected accurately by the applicant according to the results and contents of each application and review group of the provincial Social Sciences Award application platform.
The achievements of popularization of social sciences include promoting the popularization of Marxism, publicizing and interpreting the party's innovative theory, answering the hot and difficult issues concerned by the public, inheriting civilization, disseminating the knowledge of Humanities and Social Sciences, etc.
All translation achievements shall be submitted to the linguistic group for evaluation.
All internal achievements shall be submitted to the decision-making advisory group for evaluation.
4、 Declaration method
This year 's awards will continue to be declared online, and applicants must still provide paper application materials. The submitted materials for application and evaluation results, whether awarded or not, will not be returned.
The specific declaration process is as follows:
1. The applicant enters the Provincial Social Science Award application system page and applies online according to the prompts of the application system. Applicants applying for achievements to the Provincial Social Science Award Office shall log in at http://61.155.238.20/sk/web_root/;
2. Download and print the application form of Jiangsu philosophy and Social Sciences outstanding achievement award (automatically generated by the online award application system) in duplicate, the applicant signs the copyright commitment, and the application form is stamped with the official seal of the unit.
3. The applicant's unit shall be responsible for reviewing the political direction and authenticity of the application materials, and shall publicize the application results (no less than 7 days).
4. Those who apply for the results to the Provincial Social Science Evaluation Office shall submit the application form in duplicate, one original of the results (if the author publishes a paper in a foreign journal, only the electronic version has no paper original, the electronic version of the original, the paper DOI online query print) and one duplicate Two (2) copies (including copies of the cover, copyright page, catalogue and text of the Journal) of the academic paper, as well as the evaluation and certification materials of the achievement, shall be submitted to the Provincial Social Science Award Office at the same time.
5、 School submission requirements

2. Internal publicity time: May 29 to June 4.
