Nanjing Institute of Holocaust History and international peace (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute") was jointly established by the Publicity Department of Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Publicity Department of Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Nanjing University. It was officially put into operation in March 2016. It is one of the first batch of key high-end think tanks in Jiangsu Province. With Nanjing Massacre, the history of Anti Japanese War, China Japan relations, history education, peaceful city, and peace science as the main research directions, it has also cooperated with Nanjing The postdoctoral mobile station of University History College recruits and manages postdoctoral researchers together. Station results
At the end of 2016, the Institute welcomed the first batch of postdoctoral researchers. Prospects for scientific research
The institute attaches great importance to personnel training. During the stay, postdoctoral personnel can participate in the work of Academic Committee of the Research Institute, and obtain a scientific research platform for intellectual and political docking through various project seminars, topic selection planning meetings, academic salons and other activities. According to the scientific research achievements, the research institute supports postdoctoral personnel to actively apply for national and provincial social science projects, China Postdoctoral Science Fund funded projects, Jiangsu postdoctoral research funding program projects, etc., so as to provide necessary scientific research facilities and work guarantee for postdoctoral personnel.

（5） The employed personnel shall sign a work agreement with the Research Institute. The entry person shall go through the entry formalities within the specified time. （2） In station training. The two tutor system is implemented for the incoming postdoctoral personnel under the guidance of the History College and the Research Institute of Nanjing University.
（3） Scientific research funds. Enjoy the policy treatment of postdoctoral personnel of Nanjing University. After entering the station, corresponding scientific research funds shall be provided according to the project designated by the research institute or the project applied by the researcher according to the fund management method of the Research Institute. Scientific research achievements made in the station by the research institute shall be rewarded in accordance with relevant regulations.
