According to reports, Taizhou Nanjing University Alumni Association is a voluntary organization of Taizhou alumni of Nanjing University, with more than 1000 members at present. Since 2007, the association has set up the South University Taizhou alumni award and grants, and every year, it provides 50000 yuan to support 10 outstanding poor students admitted to South University from Taizhou. It has helped more than 150 poor students complete their studies for 14 consecutive years.
