Recently, our county held a detailed planning review meeting for the construction of Dongping Binhu National Wetland Park to re study, re mobilize and re deploy the park construction acceptance. At the meeting, the planning and Design Institute of Nanjing University, the planning and preparation unit, reported the detailed planning scheme for the construction of Dongping Binhu National Wetland Park in detail, and the participants further exchanged views on the construction content. The principal of the natural resources and Planning Bureau of the county, the leaders of Zhoucheng street, Laohu Town, Lake Management Committee, ecological environment bureau, Transportation Bureau, Dongping Lake Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, Dongping Lake Administration Bureau, river management center, ecological forestry development center, culture and Tourism Bureau and culture and tourism group attended the meeting.
At present, the ecological demonstration effect of Dongping Binhu National Wetland Park has initially appeared, but the construction task is still very arduous, time is pressing, and the task is heavy. In the next work, according to the strategic requirements of "Ecological County, green development", according to the overall spatial structure of "one mind, three belts, four areas and many points", we should highlight the natural ecology and maintain the wilderness; we should fully consider the future needs, reserve space for the follow-up development and maintain flexibility; in the construction, we should be less human-oriented landscape, more green restoration, and form "respect for nature, smooth" We should protect nature.
According to the meeting, first, we should adhere to the top-level design and build wetland park projects in accordance with the regulations; second, we should set tasks, draw up lists and reverse the construction period around the acceptance time of the National Bureau; third, we should adhere to the principle of "big protection and no big development", integrate and protect the existing resources and ecotourism, so as to achieve mutual benefit and common development.
