Process of joining the party
The whole process of joining the party includes five main stages.
The first stage is to apply for joining the party. The students who submit the application for joining the party newly will register and submit the application to the Secretariat of the League branch, and then submit the application to the counselor of this grade. Within two weeks, the Party branch will arrange a conversation. The core material is the application for joining the party. It should be noted that only Chinese citizens over the age of 18 can submit the application for joining the party.
The second stage is the identification and cultivation of activists. Students who have submitted the application for joining the party for six months and the party organization has sent people to talk with each other can be identified as activists by the League branch. The party organization will comprehensively cultivate and assess activists through the curriculum of the youth joint school, the cultivation of contact person conversation, and the quarterly ideological report.
The third stage is the confirmation and investigation of the development object. After more than one year's training, education and investigation, the activists with outstanding performance and meeting the development conditions can be selected as the development object and trained as potential preparatory party members.
The fourth stage is the reception of the probationary party members. The party organization will hold a branch meeting to decide the reception of the probationary party members by voting.
The fifth stage is the educational investigation of the probationary party members. The newly developed probationary party members need to be incorporated into the Party branch and the Party group to participate in the work. After one year's preparatory period, they need to apply in writing for the probationary party members.
Assessment of activists
In the past, the assessment of the Party branch to the activists was often carried out through the comprehensive evaluation of the activists by the members of the Party branch committee and the preparatory members of the branch. 4. The title of "application for joining the party" shall be provided. The full text shall be written neatly. It is better not to have the mark of alteration. In particular, the application time shall not be altered.
