Report outline
For the first time, we successfully observe the proximity-induced superconductivity possibly with topological nature on in situ grown Bi?Te? films on the high-Tc cuprate by STM.FT-QPI illustrates directly a twofold gap feature with the minimum gap along one of the main axes, supporting the Aay pairing manner.Provide a new system to investigate the Majorana Modes.
Personal profile
Yang Huan, obtained a bachelor's degree in Physics Department of Nanjing University in 2003; obtained a Ph.D. degree in polymer physics in Institute of physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008; worked as a postdoctoral in Institute of physics and chemical engineering, Paris city, France from 2008 to 2009; worked as an assistant researcher and associate researcher in Institute of physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2009 to 2011; worked in school of physics, Nanjing University since March 2011; 201 It was supported by the "new century excellent talents support plan" of the Ministry of education in two years; by the "summit talents B level plan" of Nanjing University in 2013; and by Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund in 2014. It is mainly devoted to the study of magnetic properties, electric transport and thermoelectric transport of iron-based superconductors. At the same time, it uses the scanning tunneling spectrometer to measure the quasi particle density of state of superconductors on the atomic scale.
