Introduction to the team leader:
Lu Minghui, male, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of materials science and engineering, School of modern engineering and Applied Sciences, Nanjing University; winner of the national science and Technology Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, national "ten thousand talents plan" science and technology innovation leader, the first batch of "ten thousand talents plan" young top talents, distinguished professor of Jiangsu Province, once visited and cooperated with Stanford University advanced materials and Energy Research Institute He won the second prize of National Natural Science in 2015 (the second finisher); now he is the executive director of super materials branch of China Society of materials research, the physical acoustics member of China Society of acoustics, and the director of Jiangsu optical society.
The research direction is the design and preparation of Artificial Microstructure materials, condensed optoelectronic functional materials and devices. Since 2004, the research has been focused on artificial band gap materials and its micro structure devices. New phenomena and effects in excitation, propagation and coupling of light wave and sound wave in artificial band gap materials are studied theoretically and experimentally. Negative refraction, double negative refraction, zero refraction and abnormal transmission of subwavelength sound wave are found. In recent years, based on topological energy band theory, a series of innovations have been made in the research of classical wave topological insulators such as light wave and sound wave Inspired by non Hermitian quantum mechanics, we explore non Hermitian photon chips based on artificial microstructure. At present, the scientific research projects under the chairmanship or responsibility mainly include major special projects of the Ministry of science and technology, national fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, key projects and general projects of the Foundation Committee.

Recruitment direction:

Recruitment requirements:
1. Doctoral degree from famous universities at home and abroad, major in condensed matter physics, optics, optical engineering is preferred;
2. Have a high level of research background in quantum physics, condensed matter physics, especially condensed matter topology theory; or have been engaged in nano photonics related scientific research for a long time, with research experience in micro and nano structure material design and preparation, nonlinear optics, ultrafast optics, optical simulation calculation, etc. preferred;
3. Good health, full-time post doctoral or full-time scientific research series work; self motivated, self-motivated; resilient, team spirit; project application and organization experience is preferred.
