The issuing object is no more than 35 specific objects, the issuing price is no less than 80% of the average trading price of the first 20 trading days before the pricing base date, the issuing quantity is no more than 33600000 shares, and the total amount of funds to be raised is no more than 364139500 yuan. After deducting the issuing expenses, the raised funds are intended to be used for the annual production of 80000 tons of neutral silicone sealant and 30 tons of modified silicone sealant, 000 tons project, 15000 tons of two-component silicone rubber and 8000 tons of vinyl silicone oil per year project.
