Recently, the production line of new wind haze arrestor (electronic mask) of Shanxi Zhongfu Nuclear Instrument Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Radiation Protection Research Institute, resumed production.
Since the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, the central hospital has actively participated in the epidemic prevention and control, fulfilling social responsibilities, highlighting the business responsibility, and actively coordinating the supply of 13 materials and accessories suppliers in 5 provinces and cities such as Shanghai, Jiangsu and Anhui, in response to the problems of raw material shortage and the difficulty of returning workers to the front-line workers, panic buying tens of thousands of square meters of scarce filtration materials, and overcome the negative factors such as road closure, regional control and so on. At the same time, organize some employees to arrive at the post in advance, and start the preparation work of production line maintenance.
Through multi-party coordination, as of February 21, more than 400 people from 13 upstream suppliers have returned to work, effectively ensuring the normal supply of raw materials and accessories; 21 people from CNR and related personnel of electronic mask production have all been on duty to resume production, and it is expected that 100% of the production capacity (800-1000 sets per day) can be recovered by the end of the month.
In addition to being widely used in petrochemical production, mine exploitation, fire rescue, epidemic prevention process, metallurgy production, pesticide spraying, spray decoration, medical experiment and other special working environment, the medium radiation new air haze inhibitor (electronic mask) is also suitable for nuclear power maintenance and nuclear emergency under specific environment. At present, the product is widely used in TV station reporters, bus drivers, airport service, supermarkets, road administration, drug supervision and government staff fighting in the front line of the epidemic, becoming the safety shield for front-line personnel.
It is understood that the electronic mask has the following six characteristics:
1. effective protection of novel coronavirus transmission
The product adopts H12 high-efficiency melt blown polypropylene filter material, According to novel coronavirus, the novel coronavirus with 0.3 droplets as carrier is generally more than 5 microns (the virus itself can not spread independently in air) according to HEPA standard. For the new coronavirus, the product can effectively block the droplet transmission of the new coronavirus, and pass through the 99.5%~99.9%. The third-party CMA test of Guangzhou industrial microorganism test center and South China air purification product test center is actually higher than that of N95 mask (theoretical filtration efficiency 95%), medical surgical mask (theoretical filtration efficiency 70%), and ordinary disposable mask (theoretical filtration efficiency 30%).

According to the relevant national regulations, the suction resistance of medical protective mask shall not exceed 343.2pa, that of N95 mask shall not exceed 350pa, and that of surgical mask shall not exceed 49pa. However, this product adopts electric oxygenation, with the wind speed of 0.9m-1.3m per second, the suction resistance is only about 15pa, and the oxygen supply is sufficient. This product is especially suitable for those who have respiratory diseases, three high patients, the elderly, pregnant women, allergies, outdoor workers and all those who need to wear masks for a long time due to the epidemic.
3. Material is safe and reliable
This product is made of medical or food grade PC + ABS material, clean and sanitary. The silicone cover and ear bag are baby nipple materials, which can be boiled in 100 degree boiling water without deformation. The filter screen adopts the non-toxic and tasteless melt blown ppcotton polypropylene material which has been widely used in the water purification industry.
4. No air leakage in face fitting design
Because the product is sealed with a silica gel cover conforming to the shape of human face, the air leakage rate is far lower than other protective masks, and the safety is more guaranteed.
