2) The vulcanization pressure in the cavity of the injection vulcanization method is: 0 ~ 150Mpa;

3) With the increase of vulcanization pressure, the static stiffness of the product also increases, and the shrinkage rate gradually decreases; (In the domestic vibration-damping rubber industry, it is still generally used to increase or decrease the stiffness of the product. The hardness of the rubber used in the product, and abroad, it has been generally used to increase or decrease the rubber vulcanization pressure when the product is vulcanized to adjust the static stiffness of the product.)

4) With the continuous increase of vulcanization pressure, the shrinkage of the product rubber will appear an abnormal phenomenon, that is, when the vulcanization pressure of the product rubber reaches 83Mpa, the shrinkage of the product rubber will be 0. The pressure continues to rise, and the shrinkage of the product rubber compound will appear negative. That is to say, under such an extremely high product rubber vulcanization pressure, after the product is vulcanized and stopped, the size of the rubber part is larger than the size of the mold Even bigger

5) Under the molding and injection methods, the vulcanization pressure of the rubber in the mold cavity increases with time and then decreases first, and finally is flat;

6) With the increase of the vulcanization pressure of the rubber compound, the 300% set elongation and tensile strength of the rubber compound are increased, and the elongation at break, tear strength and permanent compression of the rubber compound are reduced accordingly;
7) During the vulcanization of shock-absorbing rubber products, the pressure of the rubber in the cavity in the injection vulcanization method is more than double that of the mold vulcanization method. There is a large difference in the hardness of the rubber required to achieve the same static stiffness. With the increase of vulcanization pressure when the product is vulcanized, the product has a significant improvement in compression set properties.
