Lubrication and anti-sticking: silicone compounds have extremely low surface tension and can be used as lubricants and anti-sticking agents for yarn surfaces and printing and dyeing machinery, reducing downtime and improving production efficiency.
Sanitary finishing: silicone quaternary ammonium salts have the advantages of long-lasting antibacterial effect, safety and reliability, and a wide range of antibacterial effects. They can be used in textile sanitation finishing to achieve the best antibacterial and mildew resistance, and have excellent deodorization properties.

2. Non-woven fabrics and fabric coatings
Softness and durability: silicone is used as a softener for non-woven fabrics, which is both strong and soft, and is easier to cut and sew.
Coating improvement: silicone fabric coating can improve the elongation and elongation recovery of knitwear, improve wear resistance and shrinkage resistance, and produce an elastic hand memory.

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the development of block silicone oil synthesis process routes that do not use or use less organic solvents has become a future development trend. For example, the "Key Technology Research and Industrialization of Green and Efficient Preparation of Functional Silicone Softeners" project undertaken by Zhejiang University of Technology and other units has developed a low/solvent-free, short-process synthesis process for block silicone softeners.
