Extreme Temperature Tolerance
Wide Temperature Stability: Long-term operating temperature range extends from -60°C to +200°C (some formulations have short-term peaks of 230°C), with a low-temperature brittle point as low as -89°C. It maintains elasticity and resistance to deformation in extremely cold environments (such as power transmission equipment) or high temperatures (such as engine compartments).

Low-Temperature Flexibility: Maintains good resilience and sealing properties even in extremely cold conditions (such as -50°C).
Chemical and Media Resistance
Fuel/Oil Resistance: Resistant to aviation fuel, hydraulic oil, and ASTM No. 1/No. 3 standard oils, with a volume change of ≤20%.
Severely Corrosive Media Resistance: Resists attack by concentrated sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, strong alkalis, and organic solvents (acetone, benzene, and chlorinated solvents).

Oxidation Resistance: Stable to oxidants such as hydrogen peroxide, with excellent aging resistance.
Physical and Mechanical Properties
Low Compression Set: Specially formulated with a compression set of ≤10%, ensuring long-term sealing reliability

Mechanical Strength Compatibility: Tensile strength ≥9 MPa (select models), hardness range 40-80 Shore A, meeting both elasticity and wear resistance requirements

Dynamic Sealing Advantage: Tear resistance (≈2-7 MPa) and resistance to high-speed reciprocating friction, suitable for moving parts such as valves and pistons

Environmental Adaptability
Excellent Weather Resistance: Resists UV, ozone, and oxygen degradation, with stable performance after outdoor exposure

Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Properties: Surface fluorinated groups (-CF3) are oriented, with contact angles >110° (water) / >80° (oil), achieving self-cleaning and anti-fouling properties

Flame Retardant and Low Gas Permeability: The inert molecular structure delays combustion, with low gas permeability, making it suitable for vacuum applications

Electrical Insulation: Breakdown voltage >20 kV/mm, and corona resistance suitable for high-voltage power transmission and transformation equipment ‌
