1. High temperature resistance
Temperature tolerance range
The temperature resistance range of conventional silicone coatings is 200–800℃, and some modified products can withstand high temperatures of 700℃ for a long time.
Different types of subdivisions:
Single-component coatings: temperature resistance 250–800℃ (depending on the pigment difference);
Silver-white coatings: resistant to high temperatures above 500℃;
Black ceramic coatings: resistant to extreme environments above 600℃.
Physical and chemical properties
Thermal stability: The paint film maintains integrity under alternating hot and cold conditions (such as only slight discoloration at 700℃/200 hours);
Protectiveness: Anti-oxidation, anti-chemical gas corrosion, and isolation of high temperature oxidation erosion of metal substrates;
Mechanical properties: Adhesion reaches level 2 of the circle method, impact strength 50kg·cm, and flexibility 2mm.
Environmental protection and construction performance
Water-based self-drying products meet environmental protection requirements (zero VOC), and the salt spray resistance exceeds 1000 hours after room temperature curing;
Fast drying speed (surface drying <1 hour, actual drying <24 hours).
