As long as you are a potential and motivated person, the company will never give up on you.

1. Job seekers need to recognize themselves and understand their competitive positions. Students need to have a clear understanding of themselves and a sense of purpose for their jobs.
2. All parties understand the enterprise. Before the interview, we can also understand the industry, the enterprise, the interview process and the interview method through the school, the senior and senior students, and the external information.
3. Prepare expertise. The interviewer needs to know how the candidate's learning ability is, so how to judge whether a candidate's learning ability is strong or weak? In addition to the on-site play, we will also investigate the completion of different courses in school.
4. Prepare expertise. We must make preparations from the ideological and technical aspects. Technology is hard currency.

Introduction questions such as three minutes to introduce yourself, the industry awareness, self-evaluation advantages and disadvantages, etc., are mainly to create a good interview atmosphere and pave the way for further exploration of the follow-up interview. If you are a humorous person, it will be better.
Behavioral questions, such as describing the most unsuccessful or successful experience, the most unforgettable experience, how do you effectively cooperate with others when you complete an important task? The core of behavioral interviewing is to predict your future through your behavior and your handling of past events.
Situational questions. If you encounter such a problem, what would you do? How do you think about it? In fact, the common questions of the company are packaged to ask the interviewer what to do, and the investigation contents are comprehensive. You can speculate from your competitive position and prepare in advance.
The problem of contingency is used to compare the accumulation of people and their ability to deal with unexpected events in order to judge the logical thinking ability of the candidates. When encountering problems, we must think more, and summarize the results of our own thinking in time. We can generally dabble in in-depth articles and in-depth analysis. In this way, you can take it easy.
Motivational questions like why are you interested in our company and what are the target positions? In fact, it's about how stable your work will be. Think carefully about your strengths and weaknesses, plan for the future, etc. to impress the interviewer.
