4、 Application method
1. Register online. From now on to 24:00 on April 25, 2019, log in to Nanjing University Comprehensive Evaluation enrollment system (http://bm.chsi.com.cn/), select "liberal arts" or "science" in "comprehensive evaluation" to register and fill in the application form truthfully and completely as required. Liberal Arts candidates need to fill in 3 different majors (categories) and science candidates need to fill in 6 different majors (categories). If the application is not completed as required or incomplete, it shall be deemed as invalid application.
2. Submit application materials online without sending paper materials. Please ensure that the uploaded materials are clear and readable. Upload personal ID photos for college entrance examination or senior three without PS. The uploaded certification materials shall correspond to the items listed in the application form one by one, and shall not be modified after submission. Application materials include:
(1) The application form generated by the application system, verified by the middle school, signed by the principal and stamped with the official seal of the school.
(2) The transcript of the simulated college entrance examination of the whole city or the comprehensive ranking certificate of the school sealed by the educational administration department of the middle school (just submit the page where the registered candidates are and underline it); the scores filled in the application form should be consistent with the scanned copies, where "grade ranking" refers to the personal ranking of the total number of students in the liberal arts or science.
(3) The positive and negative sides of ID card, as well as other materials that can help prove the comprehensive quality of high school.
3. Candidates shall provide true and accurate application materials. If there are false contents or hidden facts that may have adverse effects on their application, they shall be disqualified as soon as they are verified. Those who have entered or graduated shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of education and our university.
4. Papers and patents shall not be uploaded as application materials.
5、 Selection procedure
1. Preliminary examination: after the registration deadline, the school will organize experts to conduct preliminary examination on candidates' submitted materials. The result of the preliminary examination is that the candidates who pass the examination are qualified for the examination. On May 10 or so, candidates will check the preliminary examination results through the registration system and the undergraduate enrollment network of Nantah University.
2. Test: candidates who have obtained the test qualification shall complete the payment by 24:00 on June 12 with the payment code on the preliminary examination result query page of the registration system. Candidates who fail to pay on time shall be deemed to have waived the test qualification. On June 16, the payment candidates went to Xianlin Campus of our university to take part in the test (register on June 15). The form of the test is interview, which mainly inspects the expression ability, comprehensive quality and development potential of the students. See the examination permit for the specific arrangement of the registration and test. The test results were released in the registration system on June 19.
3. Declaration of voluntary application and list of candidates: test candidates shall fill in and confirm their professional application again before 24:00 on June 19. Such application is the application of Nanjing University for comprehensive evaluation of college entrance examination. Once accepted, they will not participate in any other batch of admission. Unconfirmed candidates shall be deemed to have given up the comprehensive evaluation admission qualification automatically. Before June 22, according to the test results of NTU, we will determine the candidate list according to no more than three times of the total number of Arts and science programs, and publicize it as required.
6、 Admission method
1. The college entrance examination scores of candidates shall meet the admission control score line of the first batch of ordinary undergraduate courses in Jiangsu Province in 2019, and the minimum level of two elective subjects shall be AA.
2. According to the comprehensive evaluation results of the selected candidates, our school will determine the admission qualification line among the selected candidates according to the total number of Arts and science programs (when the comprehensive evaluation results are the same, the scores of the college entrance examination, the test results of Nanjing University and the scores of the elective subjects of the high school academic level examination will be ranked in order). Candidates on the qualification line are admitted according to the principle of "score first" according to the results of the college entrance examination and the confirmed professional volunteers (when the results of the college entrance examination are the same, they are ranked according to the comprehensive evaluation results, the test results of Nantah University and the results of the elective subjects of the high school academic level examination).
The calculation formula of comprehensive evaluation score is: comprehensive evaluation score = college entrance examination score × 60% + test score of NaNTU × 30% + elective subject score of senior high school academic level examination × 10%. Among them, the score of college entrance examination is converted into a hundred point system, and the full score of NaNTU test is 100; if both elective subjects are a +, the score of senior high school academic level test elective subjects is calculated as 100 points, and if only one is a +, the score is calculated as 80 points, and if both are a, the score is calculated as 60 points.
3. Candidates who are admitted by our university through comprehensive evaluation will not participate in the admission of special types of students if they are also qualified for admission of other special types of students such as Nanjing University in 2019.
4. The comprehensive evaluation of our university completes the admission before the approval in advance, and the candidates who are formally admitted will not participate in any batch of admission of other universities.
