Yuhuatai Red Culture Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Research Institute") is one of the first batch of key new think tanks in Nanjing. With the purpose of carrying forward the spirit of Yuhua heroes and focusing on the overall, comprehensive and strategic issues in the field of red culture, the Institute has formed a 1 + 3 + n strategic cooperation framework with the participation of high-end media, famous universities, provincial and municipal Party History, etc.

（3） With professionalism and team work spirit, with the ability to independently carry out scientific research.
（4） Engaged in basic theory and think tank strategy research.
（5） Generally, the age should be under 35.
（6） Priority shall be given to those who are able to engage in research completely out of production (Unified recruitment) or have made remarkable achievements in relevant research fields.

Treatment and working conditions
（1） Salary standard: full off job (Unified recruitment): 150000 yuan / year, and the research institute provides 30000 yuan of housing subsidies according to regulations; on the job: 120000 yuan / year.
　　
（2） Scientific Research Fund: after entering the station, the Research Institute will designate the project or apply for the project in person, and provide the corresponding scientific research fund according to the fund management method of the research institute after approval. In addition, it can also apply for China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and Jiangsu postdoctoral research funding plan. For the scientific research achievements made by the Research Institute during the station period, a certain amount of rewards will be given according to the relevant regulations.
　　
（3） On site requirements: the daily work place of postdoctoral researchers is in the Research Institute, abide by the rules and regulations such as the management measures for postdoctoral work of Nanjing University and the management system for postdoctoral work of Yuhuatai Red Culture Research Institute, participate in the writing and publishing of series products of the Research Institute, organize, write and report to the internal reference, participate in the organization of various academic conferences organized by the Research Institute, and complete the research Scientific research tasks specified by the Research Institute and other tasks assigned by leaders; completion of mid-term assessment and outbound report.
　　
（4） Outbound requirements: when the postdoctoral period expires, the Research Institute and the post doctoral mobile station of Marxism College of Nanjing University will conduct outbound assessment. The assessment level is divided into excellent, qualified and unqualified. If the scientific research achievements of postdoctoral students at the time of leaving the station meet the criteria for awarding doctoral degree in the discipline, the assessment result can be determined as "qualified"; if the work performance is excellent and the scientific research achievements are outstanding during the station, the assessment result can be determined as "excellent". The postdoctoral certificate can be issued only when the assessment result reaches "qualified" or above, and the unqualified one can be returned to the station.
　　
（5） Outbound treatment: for postdoctoral researchers who are excellent in outbound assessment and meet the requirements of talent introduction, the Research Institute will select some excellent personnel according to the situation and recommend them to work in Yuhuatai Martyrs Memorial Hall (institutions with full funding).

Application Guide
（1） Candidates can submit the application form for post doctoral post in 2020 jointly built by Nanjing University Yuhuatai Red Culture Research Institute and representative research achievement documents by e-mail. This station conducts preliminary examination for applicants, and the qualified candidates need to provide the original materials when they participate in the interview (after passing the interview, they shall follow the relevant regulations of post doctoral mobile station and Research Institute of Nanjing University) Other relevant materials shall be submitted as required).
