Job benefits:
One term of employment for full-time scientific research posts is 3 years. After the expiration of the term, it is determined whether to renew the employment according to the assessment results. The annual salary system is applied to the full-time scientific research posts. The annual salary of the special assistant researcher is 120000 yuan. The annual salary of the special deputy researcher and the special researcher is negotiable.
Job requirements:
1. Have a strong sense of responsibility, innovation ability and team spirit;
2. Have a doctor's degree;
3. The subject areas are subject teaching theory, higher education, curriculum and teaching theory, education economy and management, education psychology and other related subjects, with (1) examination and enrollment research, education evaluation and measurement, (2) subject teaching (English), (3) subject teaching (Physics) teaching and research experience preferred.
4. Have basic knowledge in related fields and strong research ability;
5. Physical and mental health, under 35 years old.
