The graduate Association of Nanjing University is a mass organization of graduate students. Under the guidance of the Party committee of Nanjing University and the Youth League Committee of Nanjing University, it carries out various student work and serves all teachers and students of the college. In the past year, the graduate Association of Foreign Language Institute has done a lot of work in enriching students' life, organizing learning practice and conveying academic information, with remarkable achievements. As the term of office of the Presidium and ministers of all departments of the current graduate student association is about to expire, the work of changing the term of office of the 2020 graduate student association is now open to the public.

2、 Conditions for election
1. Master's and doctoral students of 2018 and 2019 from the school of foreign languages; master's students of 2020 from the South University of foreign languages;
2. Firm political position, positive ideological progress, discipline and law-abiding, and correct conduct;
3. Study hard and get good results;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organization, coordination and communication skills, need to have the experience of the student union of the Department, other student organizations in the school or major student cadres of the grade, have a certain mass base, and have a good reputation.
3、 Election process arrangement
1. Application for Election: candidates need to download, fill in and submit the post application form of graduate student association of Nanjing University for foreign languages in 2020 (click to read the original), and send it to the new election email: njusfsgssu@126.com. The email title and file name are: Name + grade + campaign position.
*Deadline for application and material collection: 24:00, April 15, 2020 (Wednesday).
2. Qualification review: the selection committee will review the qualification of the candidates on April 16 according to the registration of the candidates, and the candidates who pass the review will receive the notice of participating in the election.
3. Election: the candidates who pass the examination are qualified to participate in the election. This re-election is in the form of online public reporting and usual performance evaluation, with members of the selection committee and representatives of student cadres voting and scoring.
The campaign process is as follows:
A. At the beginning of the meeting, with the help of the staff, a random ballot was drawn to determine the order of the election. Those who are more than 10 minutes late are deemed to have given up the election.
B. Give a live speech for 5 minutes (no overtime). Including but not limited to self introduction, achievement display, work outlook, etc., which can be assisted by ppt or video.
C. Questions of the selection committee. Examine candidates' plans for future work, their ability to deal with crises, and their ability to respond on the spot.
D. Student leaders of the selection committee voted on the spot.
Calculation method of election results:
Before the election, the office and the presidium shall give performance points (100 point system) according to the application materials and usual performance of the candidates. Remove the highest score and the lowest score, and then take the average score). In the election campaign, after the on-site reporting speech of the candidates, the members of the election committee will vote. Among them, the votes of the Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, vice president, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Graduate counselors and members of the presidium of the graduate student association are counted as 2, and the votes of the rest members are counted as 1. The highest sum of the performance score and the number of votes for the same position is the election success. If there is a vacancy in the Department, the unsuccessful candidates can apply for the vacancy Department on the spot.
Due to the epidemic situation, the voting was conducted by questionnaire. The staff will pull the members of the selection committee and the representatives of student cadres into the wechat working group in advance, and send the questionnaire star voting link after the speech of the candidates for voting.

4. Election results:

4、 Relevant instructions and precautions
1. Candidates can run across departments, not limited to their original departments or organizations;
2. In principle, students who intend to go abroad for exchange or long-term internship in other places during their future term of office shall not participate in the election campaign;
3. The time of this campaign is strictly controlled. Candidates are requested to make reasonable preparations according to the time requirements;
4. The Committee of Nanjing University Foreign Languages College of the Communist Youth League has the right to interpret this campaign.
5、 Publicity of election committee members
According to the detailed rules for the election of the student union of the Youth League Committee of Nanjing University of foreign languages in 2020, the Graduate Union of Nanjing University of foreign languages has set up a corresponding election committee in 2020. Rules for the evaluation of the Postgraduate Association of Foreign Languages College of Nanjing University in 2020
In accordance with the work arrangement of the 2019-2020 Postgraduate Association of the school of foreign languages, we hereby notify the following about the relevant evaluation matters:
1、 Selection object and quota distribution
1. Candidates: all members of the graduate Association of the school of foreign languages in 2019-2020 academic year.
2. Quota allocation: several "excellent cadres" and "excellent department members" will be selected by the Postgraduate Association. Among them, the number of outstanding cadres shall not exceed 50% of the total number of the Presidium and the ministerial corps, i.e. 6, and the number of outstanding members shall not exceed 40% of the total number of members, i.e. 12. In principle, the number of excellent members in each department is relatively balanced.
2、 Selection conditions
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the socialist motherland, and actively practice socialist core values.
2. The model shall abide by the national laws, school disciplines and school rules, and have excellent moral quality.
3. Have strong organizational ability and dedication, actively participate in various activities of the graduate Association, and make certain contributions to the college.
4. Good academic performance.
5. Those who have any of the following conditions do not have the qualification to participate in the evaluation of excellent cadres and excellent department members:
(1) Violation of school discipline and rules
(2) Have been punished for violation of discipline and have not been removed
(3) There are academic misconduct such as plagiarism, fraud and so on, which are verified to be true

3、 Selection steps
1.
