1、 University of science and technology of China
Note: the Ministry of education has not yet approved the enrollment guidelines. The following policies are all forecasts. Finally, the official guidelines shall prevail.
1. Only in some provinces and cities.
2. In the past years, provinces with more independent enrollment sources will recruit students, and those without strong foundation plan will expand their enrollment appropriately.
3. Qualification: silver medal or above in mathematics, physics or chemistry, gold medal or above in biology or informatics.
4. What are the advantages of competitive students to apply for the examination?
Not only competition theory, but also competitive students have certain advantages in application:
(1) Obvious advantages: directly shortlisted for calibration;
(2) Secret advantages: ① the difficulty of the test is the difficulty of the competition, and there are advantages in learning the competition; ② there are many awards and certificates in the interview.
5. Enrollment major: mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology.
6. It is expected to sign up from May 10 to May 25, and conduct the calibration from July 29 to 30.
7. The shortlisted candidates will be determined 3 times of the enrollment plan.
8. The test consists of written test, interview and physical test. 2、 Nanjing University

1. Admission conditions:

Excellent comprehensive quality or top in basic subjects (excellent score in college entrance examination or higher award in authoritative competition);
High school graduates who are willing to work in related fields of science and technology in the future.

3、 Southeast University
1. In principle, there are no restrictions on enrollment conditions, because the final score of college entrance examination is used to mark the shortlist.
2. A student can only sign up for one college, that is to say, students can't sign up for other colleges after they sign up for Southeast University.
3. All students sign up on the same platform.
4. Determine the number of candidates according to a certain multiple of the enrollment plan. For example, if 5 people are recruited in Shandong Province, the general rules will announce 1:4 or 1:5, that is, the top 20 or 25 people will take the exam.
5. Score proportion: the score of college entrance examination is no less than 85%.
6. Training mode: the strong foundation plan sets up a special talent training program, arranges classes separately and configures first-class teachers, provides first-class learning conditions, implements the tutor system and small class training mode, and the school will give priority to the students with outstanding academic achievements in recommending graduate students free of examination, direct and broad education, studying abroad in public, scholarships, etc.
For example, for candidates with good political and ideological performance and excellent academic performance, 100% of them are recommended to be graduate students without examination; for candidates with strong research potential and innovation awareness, they are recommended to be direct and broad-minded; for students with both excellent quality and learning, they are given priority to enjoy national scholarship, President Scholarship and other advanced awards in undergraduate stage, and the highest academic scholarship in master stage.
We will increase the proportion of winners, set up special scholarships for the students of the strong foundation program, fully fund the students of the strong foundation program to study and exchange in overseas international high-level universities for one semester, and provide each student with at least one international high-level competition, international summer school, international joint graduation design and other international exchange projects. 4、 Central South University
1. Announcement time of strong base plan brief: the 2020 brief is expected to be announced from the middle to the last ten days of April.
2. Enrollment major: mathematics, applied physics, applied chemistry and life science. The specific situation is subject to the University's general rules.
3. Each candidate can only apply for one university, but not limited to the number of majors. After admission, they cannot transfer to another major.
4. Test: interview only.
5. Shortlisted proportion: it is expected to attend the interview at 1:3.
6. The physical test is subject to the requirements of the Ministry of education. In the past years, the independent enrollment investigated the 50m and standing long jump events.
5、 Ocean University of China
1. At present, the major of enrollment applied for: biology science, pharmacy and other basic disciplines.

6、 Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

7、 Wuhan University
1. Qiangji plans to apply for the examination in April, and the following University brochures will be announced one after another.
The relevant work nodes of Wuhan University's strong base plan in 2020 will be postponed for one month. It is expected to release the enrollment guidelines before the end of April, the shortlist after the score of the college entrance examination, and the school entrance examination before August 4, and the enrollment will be completed before the start of the early admission.
2. The major of the strong foundation program is based on basic subjects, including the computer major that everyone has paid more attention to before. At the same time, there will be direct differences among schools. For example, Nanjing University has incorporated astronomy into the strong foundation program.
3. This year's college entrance examination students can apply for the strong foundation program, and can apply if they are interested.
(1) There are two types of enrollment objects: excellent results in college entrance examination, not including policy bonus points; gold medal and silver medal in five university competitions, which can be qualified.
(2) There are no restrictions on the results and ranking of high school students. There are no restrictions on former and new students.
4. In principle, you can't transfer to another major, and you will quit the strong base program. If you have enjoyed the preferential score of the strong base program before (the score of college entrance examination is lower than that of Wuhan University's promotion line), you are likely to quit when you transfer to another major.
5. Wuhan University is limited to apply for one major in one school, and other schools may also limit the number of applications (that is, the strong foundation plan of Wuhan University can no longer apply for the strong foundation plan of Peking University). Schools may allow to apply for more than one school and more than one major, but can only participate in one professional test in the end.
6. As for the disqualification, the gold and silver plate only has the qualification of disqualification, but it still has to participate in the school test and compete with other candidates. That is, the special offer is limited to the qualification.
7. There is no mention of whether there is any preferential policy for the provincial first prize to apply for the strong foundation plan, or other arts and science and technology innovation competitions.
8. The examination subject of the strong base plan depends on the major, and there will be written interview (some majors will have experimental operation), not only the contents of the college entrance examination, but also the potential of the applied subject.
The school assessment of Wuda consists of three parts: sports test, comprehensive ability test and students' comprehensive quality file evaluation.
(1) Physical test includes standing long jump and middle and long run (800 meters for women and 1500 meters for men). As long as there is one unqualified item, comprehensive ability test cannot be carried out. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the standards for senior high school graduates, and the specific standards will be published in the enrollment brochures.
(2) The comprehensive ability test plan is developed by each college separately, including written test, interview and necessary practical operation. Note: if the comprehensive ability test is lower than 60 points, subsequent admission will not be allowed.
(3) The evaluation of students' comprehensive quality file is the growth file of middle school students, including physical examination results, examination results, quality test results, social practice, voluntary activities, etc.
9. The comprehensive score of candidates shall be converted according to the full score of the provincial college entrance examination. The score of college entrance examination accounts for 85%, the score of comprehensive ability test accounts for 10%, and the comprehensive quality file evaluation accounts for 5%.
Examinee's comprehensive score = examinee's college entrance examination score × 85% + examinee's assessment score
10. The strong base plan belongs to a separate batch, which is admitted by provinces before approval in advance, which means that once it is admitted through the strong base plan of Wuhan University, it is impossible to participate in other admission links.
8、 Shandong University
According to the policy of the Ministry of education, basic subjects are planned to be set up. The university has reported mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, Chinese and Marxist theories, but it is uncertain whether they will be approved.
First of all, the selection of the strong base plan needs to look at the score of the college entrance examination. Compared with the independent enrollment, the strong base plan has higher requirements on the score line of the college entrance examination, which is determined according to a certain proportion of the college entrance examination results.
For example: 300 students are planned to enroll, and 600 people are determined to be preliminarily examined through the college entrance examination
Secondly, the strong foundation plan is not only to recruit students, but also to pay more attention to the training process.
