In this stage, you can buy some notes summarized on the Internet, and then work with the book and real question to sort out a perfect answer. At the same time, mark the true topic in the corresponding position on the book. It can be said that as long as we grasp the law of their school, we can master the lifeblood of professional courses. The answer can be found on pages 193-202 of corporate law, with particular attention to pages 193-194, 197-198 and 201. You will find that the business law book is not enough. The theoretical and practical research part of the company law book is the focus of their school's proposition, and also the collection of the views of the Chinese and political teachers. The company's capital system is the top priority. Many teachers have written papers on it. For the review of property law, the first time to see the civil law, but the view must adopt the property law that book. In addition, there are some views on the property law (mainly in the guarantee part) that are not the views of Mr. Li Yongjun, so I personally suggest that we can make a special topic on the property law. Guided by the views in the teacher's paper, we can summarize the real right change modes in various countries in the world, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the real right change modes in China. For example, articles 14 and 15 of the property law determine the principle of distinction in China, and Article 41 of the security law is right The denial of the theory of the real right act and its bad influence, the problem of Article 51 of the contract law and the amendment of judicial interpretation are all common research points.
