The innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students (hereinafter referred to as "Dachuang") is a basic training project for innovation and entrepreneurship talents sponsored by the Ministry of education for all college students. In order to give full play to the fighting fortress of the Party branch and the exemplary vanguard role of the party members, help the students of grade 18 to understand the relevant matters of big innovation in advance and cultivate scientific thinking and scientific research literacy, the first party branch of the Medical College of Nanjing University held an online big innovation experience sharing meeting at 19:00 on April 1st. First of all, Mr. Ding Yu introduced the guests and sharers invited by this activity, and clarified the significance of the establishment of Dachuang. Mr. Ding Yu pointed out that over the years, students of medical college have actively participated in the innovation and achieved good results. Great innovation is an important opportunity for students to cultivate interest in scientific research, learn basic technology, lay a solid foundation for scientific research, contact with thesis writing and understand the frontier of the discipline.
Then, Mr. Li Dongmei shared with you her experience during the period of being a big creative tutor. By reviewing the students and projects she directed in the previous innovation, Miss Li Dongmei stressed the importance of innovation training plan for students to contact scientific research, improve themselves and find interest in scientific research. In addition, she also put forward her own expectation to you: I hope you will not drift with the tide, but seriously participate in the great innovation and lay the foundation for scientific research in the process of the great innovation.

Zhao Zihe first shared with you the general situation of each tutor and his laboratory, and suggested that you should select the corresponding tutor after you have a basic understanding of each laboratory, combined with your own interests and time.
Peng Rui shared with you the project defense and the preparation work before it. Through examples, he introduced how to contact the laboratory, prepare the project defense, and make academic PPT, so as to help students get twice the result with half the effort in the preparation stage.

In addition, Zhao Zihe also combed the time point, form, process and precautions of the big creation conclusion for you, so that students can be more comprehensive to be familiar with the whole process of the big creation.

Gao Zheng launched his innovation experience and Enlightenment sharing through a micro survey of innovation experience and experience in medical college. Previously, he conducted a questionnaire survey to the students of Medical College at levels 15, 16 and 17. Mr. Shi Tao, from the second branch of undergraduate students, combined with his research experience and experience inside and outside the University, shared his "painful and happy" research mentality with you. As an eight-year clinical medicine student of grade 2015, Shi Tao participated in the second year of college and invested in medical research. In 2018, he participated in a project approved at the national level. As of March 2020, six SCI papers have been published with Nanjing University Medical College as the communication unit, four of which are one work and one of them is a common work. The cumulative impact factor is 31.754, and the highest single article is 8.731.

Mr. Shi Tao described the process of his participation in large-scale innovation, selection of research direction, publication of papers and participation in academic conferences. He focused on sharing his thoughts on "what is scientific research, why to do scientific research, and how to cultivate all-round scientific research ability". In terms of how to exercise the ability of scientific research, Professor Shi Tao emphasized the importance of basic medical courses, the methods of literature retrieval and reading, the training of scientific research methods and operation, and shared many practical skills for us.
Finally, Mr. Ding Yu encouraged the students of grade 18 to actively participate in the innovation, interest driven, independent practice and focus on the process, enhance their scientific research literacy, enhance their ability of independent innovation and entrepreneurship through independent innovative practice, and make their own contribution to the construction of the "first South University" with scientific research force!
