At the beginning of 2020, when everyone is still immersed in the happiness and joy of family reunion in the new year, an epidemic sweeping across the country is quietly coming. During the epidemic, the people of the whole country kept isolated at home with a high degree of self-discipline to minimize the risk of infection. However, there are such a group of people, ordinary and great, who are still retrograde when the epidemic is most serious and stick to the front line of fighting the epidemic! At the worst of the epidemic, retrograde medical workers are fighting against the virus for life while worrying about the increasingly scarce medical protection materials. After learning about the situation, Guizhou Alumni Association of Xiamen University immediately launched a discussion and organized donation. At that time, due to the serious shortage of anti epidemic materials in China, Guizhou Alumni Association mobilized alumni to purchase 1000 silica gel half masks and high-efficiency filter cotton masks worth 60000 yuan from abroad, and donated them to Liyuan Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Hospital of Huazhong University of science and technology.
The medical staff of Liyuan Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Hospital of Huazhong University of science and technology put on masks donated by Guizhou Alumni Association and returned to the front line of fighting the epidemic.

In addition, during the epidemic period, the EMBA Guizhou Alumni Association of Xiamen University actively responded to the overall planning of the United Front Department of Guiyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, carried out the charity donation, gathered 160 tons of fresh vegetables from various Love Association enterprises to fight against pneumonia, and helped Ezhou, Hubei Province.
Novel coronavirus pneumonia is rampant around the world as the epidemic is under control. Before the severe outbreak, medical personnel from all over the country had not been given a break, but they were retrograde again to support foreign countries.
