Zou Zhigang: Doctor of science, Tokyo University, Japan, doctoral supervisor of physics and materials science, Nanjing University, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, academician of developing country academy of Sciences. Academician Zou has been engaged in the research of new energy and photocatalytic materials for a long time. He has made systematic and original achievements in the design theory, core preparation and application of new generation of photocatalytic materials and other energy and environmental materials. He has published more than 600 SCI scientific papers in nature, Phys. Rev. Lett., adv. mater., J. am. Chem. SOC., angelw. Chem. Int. ed., energy. Environ. SCI. And other first-class international journals. He cited more than 32000 times, H factor 83. It has obtained 92 Chinese invention patents, 1 American patent and 2 Japanese patents. 7 invention patents have been successfully industrialized and the technology transfer fee has reached 160 million yuan. He won the first prize of science and technology award of Jiangsu Province in 2012 and the second prize of National Natural Science Award in 2014, the golden prize of the 46th Geneva International Invention Exhibition and the special prize of King Abdullah University in 2018, and the science and technology progress award of Heliang Heli foundation in 2019.

Nanjing University environmental materials and renewable energy research center was formally established in May 2003. With Academician Zou Zhigang as the discipline leader, it is a new interdisciplinary research institute of renewable energy and environmentally friendly materials. Adhering to the concept of "developing clean energy and creating a green future", it has set up the following main research directions: (1) basic research on solar photocatalysis and its application; (2) The basic research of artificial Photosynthetics and its application based on in-situ resource utilization; (3) new micro nano structure thin film solar cells; (4) high performance and low cost long life fuel cells and their systems; (5) novel materials and their physicochemical properties; (6) interdisciplinary research in medicine and Aerospace; (7) energy strategy and low carbon social policy research in China Research.
The center will give full play to its advantages in the research of new energy and new materials, undertake major scientific research tasks, and promote the transformation of original achievements into high-tech achievements with practical application prospects. Position and relevant requirements
1. general provisions

2. Innovative research team
The application object of the innovation research team shall have a good working foundation, consisting of one leader and no less than two core members. It shall have stable cooperation in foreign scientific research institutions or major projects for more than three years, high scientific and technological innovation ability, obvious advantages in academic level in this field, outstanding achievements or obvious innovation potential. Team members are generally under the age of 50. After the introduction, they need to work full-time in Nanjing University for more than 5 years. The specific conditions are as follows:
International advanced level of innovative research team. The research direction and project objectives are at the forefront of major international and domestic science and technology, major basic theory, and major application research issues. The academic level and research achievements are at the advanced level among international peers. They have the innovation achievements of invention patents or independent intellectual property rights at the top level in China or at the international advanced level, and have the ability of continuous innovation or transformation of innovation achievements.
3. teachers
a. In principle, under the age of 45, especially for outstanding and short talents, age requirements can be appropriately relaxed;

4. Young teachers
a. The scope of application is in the field of new energy and new materials.
b. With a doctor's degree and more than 3 years of overseas scientific research experience; formal teaching or scientific research positions in overseas well-known universities, scientific research institutions or research and development institutions of well-known enterprises.
c. No more than 40 years old. Those who are particularly excellent can break through the restrictions of age and length of service abroad.
d. He is the top talent among his peers in the field of scientific research. After being selected, I will work full-time in the University.
5. Full time scientific researchers and postdoctors
a. Candidates should have the background of relevant research, and the age should not exceed 35 years old (especially excellent ones can be relaxed appropriately);
b. Working and studying experience in first-class universities at home and abroad, among which doctoral degree or research experience in famous overseas universities or scientific research institutions is preferred;
c. Candidates should have a wide range of research experience in photocatalysis, electrocatalysis, solar cells and other related fields to achieve important research results;
d. Have strong independent scientific research ability and writing ability of scientific research papers, and have published no less than 3 papers of the first author or corresponding author in SCI area I journals in relevant fields;
e. Good command of English for academic exchange, with international first-class experts and cooperation is preferred.
