Graduate and doctoral students in Business School of Nanjing University
(including MBA and EMBA)

Way of submission
Take "major + name + paper category (Management / economy) + mobile phone number" as the email title and attachment name, and send the PDF file to njubs_xsb2019@126.com. Please indicate the major, name, grade, thesis title and mobile phone number in the text, and the attachment is the entry.
Work requirement
Around the business related topics, you can choose management or economics; the style of writing adopts the form of investigation report or paper; it requires originality, innovation, clear point of view, clear organization and sufficient arguments. In order to ensure the fairness of the later review, please do not mention personal information in the text of the paper.
Published papers will not be accepted in this academic paper competition, but the papers awarded in this competition will be encouraged to contribute actively after the end of this competition. Nanjing University Graduate School of business reserves the right to interpret all other competitions.
Award setting
According to a certain proportion of the total number of papers submitted and the scores given by the judges and teachers, the first, second and third prizes will be selected in this paper competition. At that time, the seminar will issue the certificates to the winners.
Specific requirements of the paper
The content of the text shall be arranged in five Song typeface and single line spacing, and the top, bottom, left and right margins shall not be less than 2.54cm (see "page setting");
If the manuscript contains mathematical formulas, tables, graphs and other charts, please make relevant contents by computer, and make sure that the symbols, numbers, words and lines in it are clear and standard, so that when arranging and recording the collection of papers, you can directly scan as they are.
References should be attached to the tail of theoretical papers. It will be one of the important criteria to select manuscripts whether they have references and whether they are normative. Please refer to the format of economic research for references.
Please attach an English translation of the title and abstract of the article. For papers with more than 10000 words, please attach a summary of 200 words in Chinese and English and 3-5 key words in Chinese and English.
