Nanjing Institute of Holocaust History and international peace (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute") was jointly established by the Publicity Department of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, the Publicity Department of the CPC Nanjing Municipal Committee and Nanjing University. It was officially put into operation in March 2016. It is one of the first batch of key high-end think tanks in Jiangsu Province and one of the founding members of the Jiangsu new intelligence pool alliance. The research institute is located in the memorial hall of the victims of the Nanjing Massacre of the Japanese invaders. It is a permanent memorial facility for the memory of the victims of the Nanjing Massacre and all the victims killed by the Japanese invaders during the Japanese imperialist war of aggression against China. It is the first batch of demonstration bases of patriotism education in China, a national first-class Museum and a fixed venue for the national public sacrifice ceremony.
Facing the national strategic needs of the great rejuvenation and peaceful rise of the Chinese nation, with Nanjing Massacre, the history of Anti Japanese War, China Japan relations, historical education, peaceful city, peace studies as its main research direction, the Institute is committed to building a new high-end think tank integrating advisory services, theoretical research, practical transformation, talent training, discipline construction and public education.
The post doctoral mobile station is jointly built by the Research Institute and the History College of Nanjing University. In order to further strengthen the research force of the Research Institute and promote the research of major projects, full-time postdoctoral researchers are now open to recruitment at home and abroad.
1、 Entry conditions
（1） Good political quality and moral cultivation, good health.
（2） With professionalism and team work spirit, with the ability to independently carry out scientific research.
（3） The working time of the post doctoral mobile station is two years, and the working time at the station shall not be less than 21 months.
（4） Under the age of 35.
2、 Recruitment type
（1） Doctoral candidates who have completed the defense of doctoral dissertation (including obtaining doctoral degree overseas or in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
（2） Those who have not graduated from the university with a doctor's degree but have no labor personnel relationship or have terminated the personnel relationship with the original unit.
（3） Postdoctoral personnel from other postdoctoral research mobile stations (workstations).
3、 Professional requirements
In 2020, the mobile station plans to recruit 3-5 postdoctoral researchers, with the professional direction as follows:

4、 Main research direction
（1） Research on the policy theory of propaganda ideological and cultural field;
（2） Research on the relationship between China and Japan;
（3） Research on the management of Chinese and foreign memorial;
（4） Research on Chinese and foreign peace thoughts, peace education and peace building;
（5） Oral history practice research;
（6） Key scientific research projects carried out by other research institutes.
5、 Application procedure
（1） Candidates can submit the following materials to the Institute by email:
1. Post doctoral application form of Nanjing massacre history and International Peace Research Institute in 2020 (see Annex);
2. Personal resume (including basic personal information, learning experience, work experience, introduction of main research results, etc.);
3. 2 copies of ID card, 2 copies of doctoral graduate certificate and 2 copies of doctoral degree certificate respectively (for those who have not yet obtained doctoral degree, the original copies of graduation and degree certificate shall be provided for review when entering the station);
4. Letters of recommendation from two doctoral supervisors in this field;
5. Detailed abstract of doctoral thesis;
6. Copies of valid identity documents (both positive and negative);
7. Copies of other relevant materials that can reflect my academic level and scientific research ability.
（2） The research institute conducts preliminary examination on the scientific research ability, academic level, work experience, etc. of the applicants. The qualified candidates in the preliminary examination shall provide the original materials when they participate in the interview. No further notice will be given to those who do not enter the interview.
（3） Organize experts to conduct interview and reply, determine the personnel to be received at the station, and determine the assessment list.
（4） Political examination, physical examination and publicity.
（5） The employed personnel shall sign a work agreement with the Research Institute. The applicant receiving the inbound reply shall go through the inbound formalities within the specified time, refuse to sign the work agreement, or fail to go through the formalities on time without special circumstances, it shall be deemed as automatic exit.
6、 Entry treatment and work requirements
（1） Salary standard. The annual salary is 120000 yuan / year. In addition, the Research Institute will provide 30000 yuan / year housing subsidy according to the regulations.
（2） In station training. The entry postdoctoral staff will realize the double tutor system, with one tutor from the History College and one tutor from the Research Institute of Nanjing University.
（3） Scientific research funds. Enjoy scientific research and policy treatment related to postdoctoral personnel of Nanjing University. After entering the station, the research institute shall designate projects or apply for projects in person, and provide corresponding scientific research funds according to the fund management measures of the research institute after approval. In addition, it can also apply for China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and Jiangsu postdoctoral research funding plan. The scientific research achievements made by the Research Institute during the stay will be rewarded according to relevant regulations.
（4） In station requirements. Abide by the rules and regulations such as the measures for the management of postdoctoral work of Nanjing University and the measures for the management of postdoctoral work of Nanjing Institute of Holocaust History and international peace, participate in the writing and publishing of series products of the Institute, write internal reference reports, participate in organizing various academic conferences organized by the Institute, complete the mid-term assessment and outbound reports, complete the scientific research tasks specified by the Institute and assigned by the leaders Other work.
（5） Outbound recommendation. As for postdoctoral researchers who are qualified for talent introduction and are evaluated as excellent in the outbound, the Research Institute will select some excellent personnel according to the actual situation, recommend them to work in the memorial hall of the victims of the Nanjing Massacre of the Japanese invaders (institutions with full funds), or recommend them to relevant universities and research institutes.
