1、 Activity time
1. In 2020, the air full-time and internship double election will be held:

Tip: during the double election, the unit and students can directly communicate online (the unit is required to keep online), and the employer can arrange time to use the platform for video interview.
2. Registration time of employer: 17:00 from April 27 to May 12
2、 Participants
Participants: employers who need to recruit 2020 graduates or interns.
Participants: mainly Nanjing University students.
3、 Link and method of application
1. Enterprise registration link: http://cfc2020.zhaopin.com. Interested employers, please log in to the recruitment platform of Zhilian to register and apply, fill in the detailed information of employers, submit qualification certification materials according to the prompts of the website, and apply for the air full-time and internship dual selection meeting after being approved.
2. Employer registration method: visit [Employer registration website] (computer side) and click to register for the meeting. Log in the account. Enterprises without Zhilian account need to register first. Registration steps: click [register now] on the login page to enter the enterprise registration page, use the mobile phone number to verify the information, fill in the information, click "register now", enter the RD background for personal qualification review and unit qualification review, and start the experience after the review.
Select enterprise login > register to attend the meeting, fill in the required enterprise qualification, publish the relevant position, and confirm the registration information to complete the registration.
This air full-time and internship double election will be provided by Nanjing University and Zhilian recruitment. No charge will be charged to the employer. The employer can use a number of recruitment services including video interview free of charge during the service period.
4、 Methods of participation
The company's PC side attended the meeting. After the school's approval, open the dual election meeting [enter the enterprise background], publish the position in the "front interface management", and view the submitted resume in the "candidate list".
On the day of the recruitment fair, the PC terminal enters the recruitment fair hall → login → enter the student hall, where you can view the resumes of all registered sessions and interact with each other. On the opening day, you can initiate text / video communication for the students who have already delivered / registered for the session. For more talent needs, click "invite interview" in advance to enter the talent hall for invitation. After the invitation is approved, the interview can be conducted. After the video is hung up, the company will give the interview results "qualified" or "unqualified" and relevant notes for subsequent review.
5、 Precautions
1. The recruitment platform of Zhilian is adopted in this air double election, free of booth fee, which needs to be reviewed by the school.
2. The approved enterprises can display the content of the double selection meeting page and launch the position online.
3. Enterprises can release positions and collect resumes before May 15, but only at 9:30-17:00 on May 16 can they communicate with students online and conduct video interviews.
4, the school will publish employment information through employment information network, employment WeChat official account and so on.
5. During the recruitment process, there shall be no false, pyramid selling, discriminatory words and other information. Once it is found, it shall be disqualified and listed in the blacklist of credit access.
