(a) Supplementary mixing
For rubber compounds whose hardness and relative density are uneven due to plasticity and uneven dispersion, supplementary kneading can be performed. The method is as follows: the rubber compound is refining and evenly discharged on the open mill, and the film is passed through the quick inspection, and can be blended in the same rubber compound according to the ratio of 50%; the unqualified person further finds out the reason and separately treats it.
(b) blending
For a batch of rubber compound and more compounding agent, the other batch of rubber compound is added with a compounding agent. After the inspection, two batches of rubber compound are mixed to meet the qualified requirements, and then it can be used normally.
(c) supplemental compounding agent
It is known that the compounding agent, such as a promoter, an antioxidant, a zinc oxide, a coloring agent and a foaming agent, may be added or mixed in a small amount in the mixing rubber, and may be added and mixed as required. However, carbon black, softeners and rubbers are difficult to add and should not be treated as such.
(d) Conversion formula
For rubber compounds that are unqualified due to incorrect ingredients, the raw rubber or compounding agent can be adjusted according to the production formula to make it into another qualified rubber compound.
(e) Thin pass
It is suitable for the treatment with a thin pass method for the kind of rubber which has to be decontaminated, has a slight scorch phenomenon or has no sulfur shrinkage and has a large surface. The roller pitch is 0.5 to 1 mm, the roller temperature is 40 to 45 ° C, and the thin pass is 4 to 6 times. For the rubber with a high degree of scorch, 1 to 1.5% stearic acid or 2-3% engine oil should be added after the thin pass.
(f) filter glue
For the sulphur-free yellow but contains paper scraps, stones, garbage, cords and other rubber compounds, a filter can be used to remove impurities. A two-layer filter (24 holes/in) is generally used for visual inspection after one day of parking.
