Notice on trial operation of "perfect campus" health pass
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control of the school, the staff should hold the "perfect campus" health pass to enter the school from May 6. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
One
From May 6, the qualified teachers and workers will enter the campus after the entrance guard measures the temperature and scans the QR code of the "perfect campus" health pass.
Two
All units will continue to fill in the application form for temporary enrollment during the epidemic prevention period, and the reviewer will submit the approved list to the security office.
Three
In view of the current situation of the epidemic situation, the campus will continue to implement closed management, and personnel who have not been approved by the school will not be allowed to enter the campus.
Please show the two-dimensional code of "perfect campus" health access card to the school staff, cooperate with the guard to do well in temperature measurement and audit.

1. First, open the "perfect campus" on the mobile phone. Users who are not installed can search for "perfect campus" in the application market, download and install it, and then bind the campus card after registration.
2. After opening the "perfect campus" app, click "all applications" (Figure 1) on the home page, and then click the "health pass" function (Figure 2).

3. Using the "health pass" function for the first time, as shown in Figure 3, will let you upload your personal photos. Please carefully check whether the displayed department, student ID and name are correct. If there is any problem, please feed back to the network information center.

4. Pass application. In the health pass system (Figure 4), please click the "temporary access approval" button in the lower right corner to enter the temporary access permission interface (Figure 5), then click the bottom "application" button to enter the application information filling interface (Figure 6), then fill in the information such as the validity period of the access permission according to the actual work needs, finally select the approver and click submit the application. After submitting the application, the system will automatically show that your access application is being reviewed (Figure 7). Please wait patiently.
The following points need to be reminded: ① for the regular staff, the validity period of access authority can be appropriately selected for a long time according to the specific requirements of each unit, i.e. it will be valid for a long time after one audit; ② for the reviewer, please select the approver specified by each unit, so as not to delay the approval.

5. Passed the audit. Before entering the campus, open the perfect campus, enter the health pass system, click "I want to enter" (Figure 8), and fill in the required door information in the pop-up dialog box (Figure 9). Or directly scan the two-dimensional code at the door, fill in the on-site temperature generated access card (Figure 10), and show the access card to the guard to scan the code for verification information.

Special reminder: during the validity period of the application, the pass is valid for a long time, and there is no need to apply repeatedly. However, the validity of the generated QR code is 2 hours, and the screenshot is invalid. It is recommended to click "I want to enter" at any time when entering the school or scan directly at the door to generate a QR code.
