Background
Facing the increasingly severe employment pressure, we should plan the career of college students as early as possible, plan the four-year study, life and work of the University, reasonably arrange the four-year time of the University, avoid the blindness and passivity of study, and determine the direction of career development and implementation strategies.
Purpose of the activity
The purpose of this competition is to improve students' understanding of career planning, carry out career planning as early as possible, improve their comprehensive quality and job-hunting competitiveness, guide students to plan their career with a scientific attitude, make the concept of career planning deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, stimulate students' enthusiasm and motivation for learning, and then improve the employment competitiveness of our students, so as to win the starting line in the workplace Up.

General primary
At the preliminary stage of the competition, all departments are suggested to make full use of Tencent conference, zoom and other technical platforms to simultaneously display the PPT and personal image of students and do a good job in screen recording. According to the major category, the 6 main works were selected by the voting results of the major class members. All the results were launched in the official account of the "construction industry" and 1 athletes were selected to enter the school rematch.
School finals
Each department / major category can recommend one contestant to enter the semi-finals. In order to ensure the leading role of the junior students, the candidates who are sent to participate in the semi-finals need to have a clear career planning and practical experience. The student employment guidance center will organize a team of professional teachers to review the videos and plans of the preliminary competition, and finally determine the finalists.
