In order to encourage students to prepare for employment as soon as possible, clarify career development direction, enhance job-hunting competitiveness, improve resume writing ability, and actively respond to the notice of the activity of Nanjing University 2020 resume competition held by the student employment guidance center, the college will hold the preliminary competition at the college level in the near future, with the specific contents as follows:
1、 Participants: all 2018 level postgraduate students (at the same time, 2019 level postgraduate students are encouraged to participate)
2、 Activity time: April May 2020
3、 Activity flow 1. Preliminary contest: all 2018 level postgraduate students shall participate in the contest, and each student shall submit an electronic resume, which shall be reviewed by the school and department, and 2-3 works shall be recommended to participate in the school level final;
2. Final: the student employment guidance center invites HR employers in key industries and fields, and career guidance teachers of the school to carry out centralized selection.
4、 Requirements for entries: 1. Complete resume, including but not limited to basic information, education background, internship practice, employment experience, scientific research achievements, honor recognition, etc;
2. Clear intention to apply, high matching degree between resume content and intention to apply, prominent personal advantages and rich experience;
3. Clear organization, fluent expression and standard grammar;
4. The typesetting is simple and generous, the focus is prominent, and the length of the text is appropriate to be 1 page.
5、 Award setting 1. Number of awards: first prize (1), second prize (2), third prize (3);
2. The finalists will have the opportunity to participate in the simulated job-hunting experience of key industries in the 2020 Carnival of Nanjing University and the "interview recommendation card" of key units in the industry, and the finalists will have the opportunity to obtain the "interview pass through card" of key units in the industry;
3. On the basis of the students' consent, the winning works are hidden from the privacy information such as personal basic data, and then displayed on the website of the employment center and other platforms.
