Participants and requirements
1. All the graduates from the school of environment, the school of Electronic Science and Engineering in 2020.
2. All students participating in the competition must use "Jixun college students' career evaluation and planning system" (evaluation website: http://nju.careersky.cn/jixun/, student's initial account number is student number, and initial password is the last six digits of ID number) for career evaluation, and submit "career planning document".
3. The career planning book is named in PDF format, "faculty + student number + name + career planning book" and sent to the designated email. Students participating in the environmental protection institute will be sent to: huayuanbanjian@126.com; students participating in the electronic competition will be sent to: njuessu2019@163.com.
4. In the process of competition, the players have deep needs in career planning, and the school career consulting office can provide one-to-one guidance. Students can log in the wechat platform of "NANDA employment" for consultation and appointment.

Preliminary evaluation method of vocational planning book
The evaluation team will score each "career planning book" according to the standard, and each department will select and recommend 4-6 excellent players to directly enter the on-site evaluation of the preliminary competition.
Site evaluation scheme and rules
1. Competition
1) Personal statement:
According to the personal materials submitted in advance, the competitors mainly show their personal skills and career planning. It will be displayed in the form of multimedia for 5 minutes.
2) Judges' questions:
The judges ask questions about the contestants' personal statements, review the contestants' personal materials and give corresponding scores. The judges will put forward the contents related to career planning or career analysis for the materials submitted by the contestants. The total time of Q & A is no more than 3 minutes.
2. Selection method
According to the materials submitted by competitors, personal statements and the performance of Q & A links, the preliminary competition selects 2 first prizes (prize Kindle), 4 second prizes (prize millet sonic toothbrush), a number of third prizes (prize customized insulation Cup), and issues the honor certificate and prize according to the order of competitors.
1) Scoring proportion:
50% written work review score + 25% on-site statement score + 25% judges' questions score.
2) Scoring points of written works:
Document content + document form.
The content of the document can include the contestant's career planning book, career person interview report and career experience report, and the form of the document includes the standardization, logicality and aesthetics of the document.
*In the preliminary stage of the Department, career planning book is a must, career interview report and career experience report are additional items, and the latter two items are not required in the preliminary stage.
3) Key points of site presentation scoring:
The thinking depth of individual planning + image temperament + standard degree of planning book + operability and innovation.
4) Key points of judges' questions and scores:
Players' thinking and understanding of planning + players' adaptability.
Application requirements for school recovery and final
1. According to the ranking of on-the-spot evaluation of the preliminary competition, each department shall recommend one candidate for this competition and one candidate for research to participate in the school semi-finals and finals.
2. The finalists need to submit their career planning:
The content of the work is required to be complete, concise and concise, the format is clear, the layout is generous and beautiful, the creativity is novel, and the body part is not more than 10000 words.

1) Title (including name, age span, starting and ending date).
2) Career direction and overall goal.
3) Self analysis (self condition and evaluation results).
4) Environmental analysis results (including the analysis of political environment, economic environment, legal environment, as well as occupational environment).
5) Organization analysis results (including industry analysis, analysis of organization system, organization culture, leaders, organization operation mechanism, development field, etc.).
6) Roles and their suggestions (document the suggestions of some people who have the most impact on their career).
7) Description of specific objectives (objective decomposition and combination, criteria for success).
8) Gap (the gap between the current situation and the realization of goals, main problems).
9) Action plan (method and implementation plan to narrow the gap).
