This application is for the applicants of the "2020 special enrollment plan for University Ideological and political theory teachers to pursue doctorate in Marxism theory" of the Ministry of education. The enrollment plan is for four people. The specific measures are as follows:
1、 Training objectives
We should train the teachers of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities who have the ability to engage in scientific research independently and make creative achievements in their work.
2、 Enrollment policy
1. The principle of "plan for special purpose and select the best" shall be implemented in the enrollment work.
2. Candidates shall take the way of on-the-job learning, and the unit where the candidates are located shall ensure that they have at least one year off work study time between semesters.
3、 Application conditions
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, be willing to serve the socialist modernization drive, have a good moral character and abide by disciplines and laws.
2. Has obtained a master's degree.

4、 Registration and assessment
（1） Preparations
1. Please read the regulations on admission of doctoral candidates in 2020 of Nanjing University and the catalogue of admission majors carefully, and check the website: http://219.219.114.101/gts2020/zsmlgl/zsjz_bs.aspx
2. Prepare ID card, graduation certificate and degree certificate number, recent front bareheaded electronic certificate photo (electronic photo refers to the mode of ID card photo, not half photo; background requirements: blue background, no text, no white edge; photo resolution: more than 3 million pixels, photo cannot be blurred; for other requirements, please refer to the instructions of the registration website. This photo will be used to apply for campus card and medical insurance card after admission).
3. Open the online banking function of the bank card to ensure that the online banking controls and drivers in the computers used have been installed correctly and the online payment of the registration fee can be carried out successfully.
4. Please install PDF reader in the computer before registration to ensure that you can download the registration information brief form generated by the reading system.
（2） Online registration
1. Nanjing University 2020 doctoral online application system uses "China graduate enrollment information network" (hereinafter referred to as "research and recruitment network", website: http://yz.chsi.com.cn/), please log in to research and recruitment network from April 28 to May 11, 2020, select "Nanjing University" in the column of "doctoral online report", and fill in the application information according to the prompts of the application system.
2. The special application category: "orientation", application study mode: "full time", application College: "Marxism College"; Application Major: "Marxism theory".
3. In the process of online registration, personal information such as name, gender, ID card number, etc. shall not be wrong, and the consequences caused by false information shall be borne by the examinee. Important information such as the type of application, major of application, doctoral advisor of application and research direction of application can not be modified after submission. Please choose carefully. Please confirm and submit the above information after checking repeatedly.
4. After successful online application, the system will automatically generate the online application information brief form for doctoral degree postgraduates. Please print the information brief form after successful application. The column of "self statement" on the last page of the brief form must be added by the examinee's handwriting; "opinions of the personnel department of the examinee's unit" must be signed and sealed by the examinee's work unit; "solemn commitment" column must be signed by the examinee.
5. After the online registration successfully generates the registration number, the examinee must click the "payment information" button and pay the registration fee of 120 yuan through the online bank (in addition, 80 yuan of the retest fee will be charged by the relevant departments during the retest period). Overdue report is not allowed.
（3） Submit application materials
Please submit the relevant materials in time according to the requirements of the school and college. If the candidates fail to send the application materials in time due to their personal reasons, they will be responsible for their failure to participate in the assessment of the Department.
1. Send materials to the research and recruitment office
After online application, the following designated materials shall be sent to the research and recruitment office of Xianlin Campus (address: Admission Office of Nanjing University Graduate School, 9 / F, administrative North building, 163 Xianlin Avenue, Qixia District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, zip code: 210023) before May 14, 2020 (post office postmark shall prevail).

(2) Candidates who have obtained a master's degree abroad shall submit a copy of the certificate of academic degree issued by the overseas study service center of the Ministry of education.
2. Send materials to the school of Marxism
After online application, the following designated materials shall be sent to the school of Marxism of Nanjing University (address: room 222, Shengda building, Xianlin Campus, No. 163, Xianlin Avenue, Qixia District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province) before May 14, 2020 (subject to the post office postmark). (3) One copy of the front and back of the ID card;
(4) One original or photocopy of master's course report card;
(5) One copy of foreign language proficiency certificate;
(6) One copy of master's degree and one copy of degree certificate;
(7) Copies of the scientific research achievements (published academic papers, monographs or unpublished academic papers, monographs, research reports, etc.), and one of them is selected as the representative work (indicating the words of the representative work).

（4） Assessment method

5、 Other precautions
1. After successful online registration, please check online academic qualifications (student status) in time. When examinees fail to pass the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) in the examination of colleges and departments, in addition to submitting the original academic degree certificate, they shall also submit "China higher education academic certification report" or "electronic registration record form of academic certificate of the Ministry of education" or "academic degree certification report of the overseas study service center of the Ministry of education" or "degree certification report of the degree and graduate education development center of the Ministry of education" ”Etc.
2. The application fee shall be paid by online bank, and post office remittance and on-site payment are not accepted. If the application fee is not paid through online banking, the application is invalid! There is no refund after the application fee is paid. After online payment, candidates can log in to the enrollment system of trcnet through user name and password to check whether the payment mark has been changed to paid, or check the bank card deduction record, and the deducted fee will be paid successfully; if there is no payment record at that time after payment, please contact trcnet or refresh the web page to check the payment status again, and do not pay repeatedly. If there is any payment problem on the day of May 11, please contact www.trcnet.com immediately.
3. Applicants for the doctoral candidates of the targeted employment category must obtain the approval of the personnel department of the candidate's unit in advance, and relevant materials shall be submitted to the College of application as required. If a candidate of the targeted employment category is admitted by our school, our school must sign the targeted employment agreement with the work unit of the candidate. Candidates and their units are responsible for the consequences (no retest, no file adjustment, no admission, etc.) caused by the disputes caused by the registration problems.
4. Please read carefully the "Regulations on admission of doctoral candidates in 2020 of Nanjing University" and the catalogue of admission and the measures of this circular, and check whether you meet the requirements for application. Those who do not meet the requirements for application will be disqualified, and the applicants will also be disqualified, and the relevant consequences will be borne by the candidates.
