In July 2019, the China social science research and evaluation center of Nanjing University issued the "announcement on CSSCI's inclusion of Taiwan's academic journals", which determined to include 30 academic journals of Taiwan's humanities and Social Sciences in 15 disciplines into the CSSCI database source journal catalog.
