Nanjing University's 10th college career planning competition is divided into three parts: the preliminary competition, the school level semi-final competition and the school level final competition.
1、 Application conditions
1. Participants: all undergraduates and postgraduates of the College of modern engineering and Applied Sciences (non-2020 graduates);
2. Students who intend to apply for the competition must use "Jixun college students' career evaluation and planning system" (http://nju.careersky.cn/jixun/) for career evaluation (the initial account number is student number, and the initial password is the last six of ID number), and submit a resume and a "career planning document" with no less than 3000 words (required).
Career interview report and career experience report can be submitted as bonus items at the same time.

3、 Reference competition system and selection method
1. Competition link
(1) Personal statement:
According to the personal materials submitted in advance, the competitors mainly show their personal skills and career planning. It is recommended to use multimedia equipment to display, and the time should be controlled within 6 minutes.
(2) Judges' questions:
The judges will ask questions about the contestants' personal statements, review the contestants' personal materials, and give corresponding scores. The total length of the question and answer session will not exceed 2 minutes.
2. Selection method
According to the materials, personal statements and the performance of the Q & a session submitted by the contestants, 1-2 students are selected by the Department to participate in the school's re competition.
(1) Scoring proportion: 50% of written works + 25% of on-site statements + 25% of judges' questions.
(2) Key points for scoring written works: document content + document form.
(3) Key points of on-site presentation and scoring: thinking depth of individual planning + image temperament + standard degree of planning book + operability and innovation.
(4) Key points of judges' questions and scores: contestants' thinking and understanding of planning + contestants' adaptability.
4、 Prize settings
The students who participate in the preliminary competition have the chance to win the exquisite grand prize!
In addition, those who are outstanding in the preliminary competition will be selected to enter the second round of the competition and participate in the whole school competition.
The school level awards are set at 1000 yuan for the third prize, 2000 yuan for the second prize and 3000 yuan for the first prize!
Attachment: requirements of career planning:
The content of the work is required to be complete, concise and concise, the format is clear, the layout is generous and beautiful, the creativity is novel, and the body part is not more than 10000 words.
Content suggestions include the following (not limited to):
1) Title (including name, age span, starting and ending date).
2) Career direction and overall goal.
3) Self analysis (self condition and evaluation results).
