1. Have excellent ideological and moral character, team spirit, professionalism, love education;
2. The doctor's degree of this major (similar major may be considered in special circumstances) is obtained in famous universities at home and abroad, and the age of full-time scientific research post (special assistant researcher) is generally no more than 35 years old;
3. It can provide academic representative works reflecting the original scientific research ability, or representative achievements reflecting the ability to solve major practical problems.

1.
