Zhao Chen
Professor and doctoral supervisor, School of architecture and urban planning, Nanjing University. In 1982, he graduated from the Department of architecture of Nanjing Institute of technology and stayed in the school. Later, he was involved in the teaching of architectural design and research in the field of architectural history and theory. He studied in the Department of architecture of Zurich University of technology in Switzerland twice, and also had many academic exchanges in the United States and other European countries. The main research direction is the comparison of western, Chinese and non Western architectural culture. A large number of academic papers have been published and monograph "misunderstanding of Facade" has produced considerable academic influence. He also has outstanding achievements in the research and practice of architecture and urban design, and has built some important architectural works. He has won the 2005 UNESCO Asia Pacific Cultural Heritage Protection Excellence Award (first prize), and the Ministry of construction excellent engineering survey and design second prize. Over the years, he has made a lot of research and contribution to the protection and revival of Chinese historical city and rural culture.
Zhang Shangwu
Professor, vice president and doctoral supervisor of School of architecture and urban planning, Tongji University, vice president of Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning and Design Institute, chairman of rural planning and construction Academic Committee of China Urban Planning Society, bachelor, master and doctor of School of architecture and urban planning, Tongji University. The main research direction is urban and regional development research, urban space development strategy, urban space design, and presided over the sub topics of the national "11th Five Year" science and technology support plan. He has published more than 20 papers, translated many important works of planning discipline, participated in or presided over the compilation of many undergraduate planning textbooks. As a member of the core team, he participated in the preliminary planning of Shanghai World Expo site, the planning and conceptual design of Beichuan National Earthquake Site Museum and other major projects. It has won the first prize of national excellent urban and rural design project, the first prize of Shanghai excellent urban and rural design project, the first prize of Sichuan excellent urban and rural design project, the excellent planning project award of Shanghai 30 years of reform and opening up, the innovation planning project award of China Urban Planning Society, the "Gold Award of human settlements planning and design" of the Ministry of construction and many other planning and design awards.
Xiong Chunwen
Professor, Dean and doctoral supervisor of Sociology Department of School of Humanities and development of China Agricultural University, Ph.D. of Sociology of Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, researcher of Institute of farmers' issues of China Agricultural University, director of theoretical sociology branch of Chinese society of sociology, member of the first committee of rural education branch of Chinese society of education, researcher of Education Philosophy Institute of Fudan University , faculty fellow of Yale University Cultural Sociology center, member of North American Chinese sociologists Association, once visited the cultural sociology center of Yale University Department of sociology, whose main research interests and research fields are sociology theory, educational sociology, urban and rural social issues. He has published more than 20 papers, published more than 10 kinds of works, textbooks, compilations and translations in important journals such as sociological research and China Education Journal. As the project leader and main participants, he has participated in major projects of NSFC, projects funded by special funds for basic scientific research business of Central University, projects of China International Poverty Alleviation center and Ford Foundation More than ten social science research projects are supported.

Professor and vice president of School of architecture and urban planning of Nanjing University, director of regional construction special committee of China Architecture society, director of Jiangsu rural planning and Construction Research Association, member of Jiangsu urban and rural planning review expert database. Mainly engaged in architectural design and theoretical research, long-term attention to traditional settlements, regional culture, rural rejuvenation, attention to the sustainable construction of urban and rural environment in the perspective of traditional culture, and made some achievements in urban and rural environment renewal, regional architectural creation, and historical space restoration. In 2004, he won the highest honor award of the 4th and 5th China Architecture Society - "China young architect Award", and in 2013, he won the "China Architecture Design Award (architectural creation) Gold Award" of China Architecture Association. Tao Anjun
Associate professor of School of architecture, Southeast University, vice chairman of urban planning department, member of rural planning and construction Academic Committee of China Urban Planning Society, member of Jiangsu young science and technology workers association. Shen Mingrui
Associate researcher, School of architecture and urban planning, Nanjing University, Ph.D., Chinese University of Hong Kong; winner of the youth planning Thesis Award of China Urban Planning Society and the best Thesis Award of urban China research network of the United States; published in urban studies, land use policy, Journal of rural studies, urban planning, Urban Planning Journal and other Chinese and English journals. Dr. Shen Mingrui mainly focuses on the research of rural planning, design and development from the perspective of urban-rural integration. Wei Shiyu
Lecturer, School of architecture, Tsinghua University, bachelor and doctor of architecture, Tsinghua University, visited the Federal University of technology, Zurich, Switzerland, and has been engaged in traditional settlement research for a long time. The doctoral dissertation with the theme of the spatial change of the traditional settlements in northern Guangxi won the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of Tsinghua University. At present, he has presided over a number of national and municipal scientific research projects, published two monographs and translated works, published more than ten papers in the Journal of architecture, world architecture, landscape architecture and other important academic journals, and reported more than ten times in IGC, citta and other important international conferences.
