Product introduction:
MY F3361 is a silicone fluorosilicone compound rubber, which is formed by hot vulcanization after adding a vulcanizing agent (the vulcanizing agent is selected according to the process requirements).
Product advantages:
This product is based on the technical characteristics of automotive turbocharging. It uses fluorosilicone elastomer as the base rubber and adopts a unique formulation process to obtain a special fluorosilicone rubber that meets the stringent requirements of turbocharger pipes for high and low temperature resistance and fuel resistance. In production, it can be directly calendered and co-vulcanized with methyl silicone rubber without special treatment. The process is simple and can be widely used in automotive turbocharger pipes, mechanical equipment oil-resistant pipe fittings and other markets.

Add 2.0 parts of bis(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide curing agent (DCBP) First stage curing (hot air): 180℃×30 minutes Second stage curing (hot air): 200℃×2 hours |
Note: The data in the table are typical product performance and are not factory standards. Heat-resistant additives must be added to meet heat-resistant requirements.
Processing suggestions:
Add 2.0 parts of bis(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide curing agent (DCBP)
First stage curing (hot air): 180℃×30 minutes
Second stage curing (hot air): 200℃×2 hours
This curing system is suitable for manual or mechanical winding hoses. The inside of the hose is a single layer of fluorosilicone rubber (calendering thickness is 0.5~1mm), and the outside is a multi-layer woven fabric sandwich silicone.
If the customer requires other curing temperatures, the curing system must be changed.
