Common extruded rubber

Common grade fumed rubber for extrusion has good extrudability and yellowing resistance. They are applicable to production of various silicone rubber tubes, sealing joint strips, foam strips, shaped strips, wires and cables by extrusion process.

Vulcanization condition: 175℃× 5Min. Post-curing condition: 200℃ x 4h

 Addition of curing agent: liquid 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane: 0.65%.

Packing & Storage:

- 20kg/ carton lined with plastic bags or sheets.

- The products have a shelf life of 9 months from date of manufacture depending on the shore hardness if stored at room temperature in the originally sealed container.
